Earth & Ember Acupuncture
Women's Wellness at Every Stage
Welcome
I’m Jenna Noble, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based in Prince Edward Island. Earth & Ember is my vision for a healing sanctuary—where ancient wisdom meets modern care, and each treatment is rooted in warmth, compassion, and clinical expertise.
TCM offers an incredible alternative toolkit to address many common women’s health concerns. With regular treatment, you may experience improved mood, a reduction in pain, increased energy, better sleep, and many additional benefits.
It is an honour to share the wisdom and guidance passed down from my teachers and to walk alongside you on your path to healing.
Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a foundational practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It helps regulate the nervous system—gently guiding the body out of chronic stress and into a more restful, regenerative mode. This supports a cascade of healing responses: calming the mind, releasing endorphins, enhancing circulation, regulating inflammation, and restoring balance throughout the body.
Using ultra-fine, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body, acupuncture encourages your body to return to homeostasis—its natural state of harmony and health.
Cupping
My signature style of gliding cupping combines the benefits of traditional fixed cupping with a soothing massage technique to promote circulation and release muscle tension. Using silicone cups and oil, this method softens tightness, reduces fascial adhesions, enhances circulation, and supports deep relaxation.
Acupressure
I often use acupressure in conjunction with acupuncture and cupping sessions. Choose a 55 or 75 minute session which includes acupressure every time.
Herbal therapy
Herbal medicine is a powerful option for many ailments. I primarily work with granules in therapeutic dosages for ease and efficacy. Herbal treatment plans are carefully customized to the individual, with courses typically ranging from 1-6 months.
Nutrition + Lifestyle
In addition to the modalities mentioned above, I also provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance to enhance treatment outcomes.

Acupuncture is generally not painful and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. If an initial pinch is experienced upon needle insertion, it should subside within a moment or two. Normal treatment sensations may include tingling, heaviness, aching, warmth, coolness, or what is commonly referred to as an “acu-buzz”. Some clients even take a nap on the treatment table!
-
3 to 4 sessions is typically when results become apparent. A typical course of treatment is 6 to 12 sessions to achieve optimal results. Consistency is key.
